The challenge

Following eleven successful years in the shipping industry Allseas Global Logistics were considering their next opportunity for growth. Now was the time to take a fresh look at their brand strategy, marketing assets and online presence.

The process

Allseas had grown year on year since inception but recent times had seen the market become increasingly more competitive. By speaking with existing clients we discovered that the Allseas difference was in the way they used their expertise and knowledge to continually overcome complex shipping challenges. They were born problem solvers.

Strategy

Out of gauge shipments are huge, complex projects that take a high level of expertise to deliver, so we worked to develop a clear proposition around ‘hassle free logistics’. Over the years the Allseas breadth of services had grown so our overall strategy was to help them re-affirm their positioning as the experts in the specialist area of out of gauge shipping.

Design

Transporting large-scale objects is a day-to-day occurrence for Allseas so ‘thinking big’ was our design approach. Using project case studies along with the use of big, bold headlines to help drive the message. A full suite of consistent brand assets was created along with campaign and promotional materials. Problem solved.
