Allseas co-ordinate food drop for Golden Gate Endeavour

Following poor weather conditions and within touching distance of land Chris & Mick had effectively ran out of food & were at the point of re-using a tea bag for the third time.  In order to ensure they successfully completed their collosal challenge it became necessary for action to be taken or the challenge was in danger of complete failure.

Allseas Global had already organised two vessels via their shipping line counterparts in Oakland California to deliver the provisions needed for the row to continue but the dire state of the food situation meant that pressure was growing form the US coastguard to make the delivery as soon as possible.  To add to the difficult conditions the weather had become unsettled dictating the delivery had to be made during daylight hours which did not fit into the two shipping lines departure schedules.

With the Endeavour as close to failure as it had ever been Allseas Global's MD Andrew Morris made the decision to abandon the shipping delivery & co-ordinate a helicopter food drop entirely executed by Allseas Global.  With the drop a resounding success Mick & Chris were able to continue on their boat Bojangles with all the provisions they would need for the remainder of the row thanks to Allseas Global.
