Andrew Morris.
Managing Director
Andrew is the co-owner of the Allseas Group bringing with him 25 years of multi modal experience. Andrew frequently travels the globe heading some of the most extreme abnormal projects. In addition its through Andrew that the Airfreight and Export packing operations are now a key area of development for the growing Allseas Global group.Andrew is a memeber of the Institute of Freight Forwarders and advises for several Chamber of Commerce and Freight Industry groups.
Darren Wright
Director
Darren Wright is the co-owner & founder of the Allseas group of companies, Darren has over 15 years experience in NVOCC activities, and very well versed in heavy lift/project forwarding and abnormal loads,Darren is widely known and respected in the Shipping industry as a leading light in the world of out of gauge shipments.
Linda Lewin
Financial Director
Linda is the Allseas Global group financial director and Company secretary , Linda has been the financial director of a large chain of retail shops for nearly 20 years. Linda's roots are in Johannesburg, South Africa, she is a fully qualified chartered accountant and a strategic member of the Allseas Group. Linda is based at the Allseas headquarters at Newark and heads the entire accounts department.
Des Nott
Felixstowe branch Manager
Des has been in the shipping industry from the age of 15 years old. Working within the Australian Merchant Navy, he qualified with a Master Mariner’s certificate. Since coming to the UK, Des has worked in container terminal operations and container line operations, his varied roles have included being a ships technical/loading planner. Prior to joining Allseas, he was the UK director of a shipping line specialising in container operations and break bulk carriage, and we welcome his in depth knowledge in project, heavy lift and out of gauge shipping.
Ben Verbercht
Director – Belgium
Ben has over 25 years of experience in the international cargo shipping industry. With in depth knowledge of all aspects of international freight forwarding, he’s capable of dealing with every challenge that may arise. He focuses on providing extensive auxiliary services, such as European port transhipment , documentation and customs/bond formalities, to guarantee clients smooth shipping.
Mark Walker
Liverpool Port Manager
With over 10 years experience in the industry Mark has gained a very broad understanding of all aspects in the shipping the industry as a whole. His speciality and main focus covers the Far East, Middle East and India trade lanes for both FCL and LCL .The Liverpool office is strategically located and its under Marks leadership that this office has grown and continues to go from strength to strength.
Caroline Goodricke
London(Tilbury Port) Branch Manager
Caroline has over 20 years experience in the shipping industry, working for some of the major shipping lines. Her career began at Anglo Soviet Shipping (Morline), where she spent 12 years progressing through to a senior management level. Further shipping knowledge and management was gained on Caroline`s way to being the Managing Director of Senator Lines UK. Her vast amount of experience across all trades in both FCL and LCL markets are a huge asset to Allseas Global Logistics and its been a real boost to the already experienced London office.
Ian Clifford
Export Packing General Manager
Ian is the general manager of Allseas Globals sister company International Export Packers. Ian is widely regarded as being one of the UKs leading experts in all manners of heavy lift and out of gauge export packing by both sea and air. Ian heads a department of some 50 personnel and works closely with Allseas Global when there is an export packing and loading/lashing requirement. With now over 25 years of heavy lift and abnormal sized export packing ,Ian's experience is second to none and has already made an impact of providing superior packing and lifting solutions to Allseas Global`s clients shipments.
Darren Soresby
Freight Manager (Brighouse office)
Darren joined Allseas nearly 3 years ago , the aim was to bring his vast experience gained as a manager in the metal manufacturing industry, this has given Darren a unique perspective and an invaluable insight that helps Allseas Global understand our clients logistic problems. Darren focuses on road, air and sea exports, site surveys and heads our 3PL department.
Phil Hanley
Freight Manager (Brighouse office)
Phil Hanley is a senior project and out of gauge specialist who’s built quite a reputation throughout the Oil and Gas industry as the man who gets the job done. He’s been with us since day 1 and is widely regarded as one of the corner stones of Allseas Global Logistics.
Danny Walker
Freight Manager (Brighouse office)
Danny has been working in the world of shipping for 7 years. He started out handling import customs clearances and deliveries, before moving on to exports, building experience in the freight consolidation, LCL and FCL markets. His primary area of focus is now out of gauge and project cargo moving to various destinations, in particular the Middle East, and he is extremely well versed in shipping projects to areas of volatility, such as Iraq and Afghanistan.
Claire Hallwood
Accounts Manager
Claire Hallwood, our accounts manager, has been with Allseas from the word ‘go’ and is an integral, as well as a very popular, member of the team. She has over 10 years accountancy and administration experience and reports directly to Linda Lewin, the Company Secretary.
Paul Lobb
Freight Manager London (Tilbury Port)
Starting as a junior with a large shipping and trading company at the age of 18, Paul has spent over 34 years in the industry, building expertise in all sections including shipping, trading, insurance and procurement. His specialist interests include Aid Related Development Projects and Distribution of Aid Related Feeding Programmes (WFP and Euronaid) in East and Central Africa. Paul is a member of The Institute of Freight Forwarders and F.I.A.T.A
Mark Fuller
Freight Manager London (Tilbury Port)
Mark has worked in freight forwarding for over 15 years, focusing on the specialist markets of Eastern Europe, Russia and Central Asia, covering sea, road, rail and inland waterway transportation. With a particular interest in heavy lift shipping and moving out of gauge cargo to difficult destinations, he finds the experience gained from living in Russia and Eastern Europe for over 5 years benefits Allseas Global in understanding the different culture and problems that can occur within these areas.
Bob Hale
Freight Manager London (Tilbury Port)
Bob has been in the shipping business since leaving school over 40 years ago, Bob brings a wealth of experience across the board. He’s worked his way up from Post Room to board level, so knows the business inside out and brings a very unique insight to the table. His in-depth knowledge covers everything from coastal vessels through to today's container vessels, from logistics to trading, and he’s also a specialist in documentary credits.Bob is a member of the Institute of Freight Forwarders.
Mark Binge
UK Port Operations Manager (Felixstowe)
Mark began his career with a freight forwarder after leaving school at the age of 16. He then went on to work for the UK’s largest container port. During his 19 years with them, he gained wide experience in a variety of operational, planning and management roles. He left the port to take the position of Group Commercial Manager for a well known, multinational transport/depot operator before returning to his freight forwarding and container load planning roots with Allseas Global.
Penny Thompson
Freight Manager (Liverpool)
Penny joined the Allseas family in February 2009 from a managerial position within a major shipping line. During her 18 years in the freight industry Penny has always worked for shipping lines and freight forwarders, in both sales and operational roles, and her extensive knowledge of the industry brings yet more specialised expertise to Allseas Global Logistics.
